These six areas explain how 4ukey puts its terms into daily practice — from the moment your account is created through to any data deletion request you might raise.

Data Handling

We collect only the information needed to operate your account — name, contact details and transaction records. Data is processed in line with applicable privacy law and is never sold to third-party marketing services.

Cookie Policy

Cookies on 4ukey store session state, language preference, and payment-method selection. You can adjust cookie permissions via your browser settings at any time; essential session cookies cannot be disabled without affecting login.

Account Security

Your account password is stored in hashed form and is never visible to support staff. We encourage you to use a unique password and to contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Data Retention

Transaction records and account data are kept for the period required by applicable law, typically five to seven years. After that period, personal data is deleted or anonymised unless a legal hold applies to your account.

Contact for Changes

To request a correction to your personal data or to ask how we hold your information, email support with the subject line 'Data Request'. We will acknowledge within three working days and resolve within 30 days.

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with an account decision, raise a formal dispute via email citing the relevant clause. Unresolved disputes proceed to the escalation path described in clause 9 of the full terms document on 4ukey.

These terms apply to every person who creates or uses an account on 4ukey. Access depends on local law and is available only where local law permits. By using your account, you confirm you have reviewed and accepted the current version of the terms.

We may update the terms at any time. When changes are material, we send a notification to your registered email address. Continuing to use your account after that notification is treated as acceptance of the updated version.

All deposits via UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe must come from an account held in your own name. Third-party or shared-account funding is a breach of clause 4 and may result in the transaction being reversed and your account reviewed.

Email support with the subject line 'Data Request' and your account ID. We acknowledge within three working days and complete the request within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations that may prevent immediate deletion.

Accounts may be suspended for breach of the terms, suspected fraudulent activity, third-party payment conduct, or where required by applicable law. Clause 7 of the full document lists every suspension ground with a corresponding right-to-respond period.

Raise a dispute by emailing support with the clause number you are referencing and a brief description of your concern. If our first-line team cannot resolve it, clause 9 sets out the escalation path and expected response timelines.

The governing law and jurisdiction are specified in clause 11 of the full terms document. Eligibility to use 4ukey depends on local law, and nothing in these terms overrides any obligation or restriction that applies under the laws of your state or territory.
